What if my budget doesn't fit any of these tiers?
Talk to us anyway. The free 20-minute discovery call exists to scope honestly. If we can't help inside your budget, we'll tell you on that call — and often point you to a free or cheaper option that gets you 80% of the way there. Zero pressure, zero pitch.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — for the AI Foundations course ($497) and the Complete Life AI Audit ($1,497) we can split into 2 or 3 monthly payments at no extra cost. For business engagements we typically structure as a monthly retainer, so payment is already spread out. Ask on the call.
Why is the business "Always-On Stack" priced as Custom?
Because a 2-person plumber needs a very different stack than a 25-person HVAC company with three locations. We start with the $999 audit so we both know exactly what your business needs — then quote a real number based on real findings, not a guess. The audit fee is credited back toward the build, so it's not money wasted.
Do you charge for the discovery call?
No. The 20-minute discovery call is always free — for both business and personal coaching. It's how we figure out together if we're a good fit. Most calls end with us either pointing you toward a starting tier or sometimes telling you that you don't need us yet.
Are there ongoing or hidden fees?
No hidden fees, ever. The audit and coaching tiers are flat one-time prices. Ongoing business stack management is a clear monthly retainer agreed up front. Third-party software costs (e.g. an AI receptionist's per-minute fees) are passed through at cost and shown as a separate line on your invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
For coaching: if you're not satisfied after your first session, we'll refund the rest of your package — no questions asked. For business audits: if our delivered ROI report doesn't identify at least 3 concrete opportunities, the audit is free. See our
