Our coaching services are educational and skill-building in nature. Coaching is not a substitute for, and does not constitute, professional medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors, and nothing said or shared during a coaching session should be interpreted as such advice. If you need professional advice in any of these areas, please consult an appropriately licensed professional.
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors including your own effort, practice, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, comfort level, or result.
The AI systems we build and configure use third-party large-language models and other AI components that may, on occasion, produce output that is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise inappropriate. You acknowledge that AI output is probabilistic and that you are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any output before relying on it for business decisions, customer-facing communications, billing, scheduling, or any other operational purpose. We are not responsible for losses arising from your use of AI output you have not adequately reviewed.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, effective systems, and high-quality outreach and coaching, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, response rate, conversion rate, revenue increase, time savings, learning outcome, or business result. All services and website content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Fees for paid services will be set out in a separate agreement, proposal, statement of work, or order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due as invoiced, are non-refundable once work has begun, and any applicable taxes are your responsibility. We may suspend services for non-payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Breakout AI Solutions, Red Zone Media, or any of their affiliates, owners, contractors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms, our website, or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All content, software, prompts, configurations, methodologies, brand names (including "Breakout AI Solutions," "The Always-On Stack," and "The Confidence Path"), and materials provided through our website or services are owned by Red Zone Media or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written consent. To the extent we deliver custom work product to you under a separate agreement, ownership and license terms for that work product will be governed by that agreement.
